WakaAi Solutions Inc. operates the Visa Refusal Analyzer service at visarefusalanalyzer.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when licensed immigration professionals use the Service to analyze client refusal documents.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: client case details (visa type, refusal date, country, situation description), uploaded client documents (refusal letters, Officer Decision Notes or GCMS, application forms and supporting documents), and payment information (processed by Stripe - we do not store credit card details).

Automatically collected: browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, and approximate geographic location.

2. How Your Documents Are Processed

When you upload client documents, they are transmitted to Anthropic's API (a US-based AI provider) for analysis processing. Licensed professionals are responsible for assessing this in light of their confidentiality obligations and obtaining any necessary client consent. This transmission is encrypted in transit. Uploaded documents are stored temporarily on our servers during analysis and are automatically deleted after the report is delivered. According to the AI provider data policies, API inputs are not used to train their models.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your credit card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation and reference number.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with: Anthropic (for document analysis processing), Stripe (for payment processing), and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded documents are deleted automatically after analysis is complete. Case information is retained temporarily during analysis, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS, secure hosting, and automatic deletion of documents after analysis. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@visarefusalanalyzer.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We endeavour to comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA. If you have concerns, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
